No. Successful completion of the DLeader Level 2 Advanced PCC Coaching Education Program does not automatically award the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

After completing the program, participants must independently apply to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), satisfy all current credentialing requirements—including coaching experience and the ICF Credentialing Exam—and receive approval from ICF before being awarded the PCC credential.

DLeader provides education, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and guidance throughout this process, but the credential is issued exclusively by ICF.
