DLeader was founded by Sabnam Mostari, a globally recognized leadership coach and Bangladesh’s first female triple‑accredited coach. She holds ICF PCC, ILM Level 7 Coach & Mentor for C‑suite, and EMCC Practitioner EIA (Individuals) / ITCA (Teams) credentials, and previously served as EMCC APAC Ambassador. Her work blends presence, compassion, and clarity to help leaders dignify their voice, clarify their vision, and elevate their impact.
